The solutions, in order of strength: hardware security keys (YubiKey — stronger than any app), an authenticator app on a tablet that stays home, or SMS codes to your dumbphone (fine for low-risk accounts). Migrate your important accounts before switching phones; it is the single most-skipped step in the transition.
